1 can corn, undrained
1 can creamed corn, undrained
1 Jiffy cornbread mix (8.5 oz)
1/2 c sour cream
1 stick melted butter
Stir ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until the top is cracked and browned.
Cook in deep dish because it rises.
Great for a side dish with Mexican food.
